Interior Designer
Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in or independently complete project plan, scheme design, proposal making and construction drawing making;
2. Participate in the design and management of the project independently and participate in the formulation of the project time plan;
3. Communicate and cooperate with the design of the engineering part of the project.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in interior design;
2. Have more than 2 years professional experience in interior design, strong ability to grasp the design effect, strong design concept and unique artistic insights;

3. Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch UP and other related design software, familiar with 3D MAX and other related design software;

4. Have some construction cooperation experience, familiar with construction materials and details;
5. Good professional ethics, high sense of responsibility, team spirit; clear thinking, and good communication and organizational coordination skills.

Senior Account Manager
Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the development of company projects;
2. Make marketing plan according to the market and complete department sales target;
3. Develop the industry market, develop new customers and explore new customer channels;
4. Responsible for the collection of market information and the analysis of competitors in the jurisdiction and the production of relevant reports;
5. Be responsible for the planning and execution of sales activities in the sales area and accomplish sales tasks;
6. Manage and maintain customer relationship and long-term strategic cooperation plan between customers.

Qualifications:

1. Have a certain understanding of customers, markets and channels in decoration industry;

2. Good image, diligence and hard work;

3. Quick response, strong expressive ability, strong communication skills and affinity;

4. Have a certain ability of market analysis and judgment, good customer service awareness;

5. Responsible, able to work under great pressure, teamwork spirit, good at challenges.

6. College degree or above, major in marketing or art design, familiar with real estate, independent business negotiation experience, independent business cooperation, channel expansion experience is preferred.
